Volunteers need proper training and support, especially when they are eventually expected to work independently. I think the shadowing approach mentioned here is helpful because new members can gain confidence before taking responsibility. When I was preparing for a difficult subject, I used economics final exam assistance to clarify topics I struggled with. That experience showed me that good guidance works best when it helps someone become more capable rather than simply doing the work for them.
